Jasmine Goes To Greensboro

Jasmine just sent me this pic. She's on her way to Greensboro with her family. A 2 hour road trip. She looks beautiful. I really miss her.

Holidays with Jasmine - 2001

This picture was taken in 2001. This was my second trip to the east coast to see Jasmine. I came a couple of days after Christmas and left after New Years. It's amazing how far back our story really goes. It's definitely one of those love stories that movies are made of :)

Bad Santa

Because I miss Lauren Graham on TV, I'm gonna watch Bad Santa for Christmas. The movie wasn't that bad, actually. P.S. I hate Billy Bob Thorton.

Vista OSX

Here I am again, with crazy OS envy. One of these days im going to hack my old vaio laptop to run a hacked version of osx. Until then, I'll just have to rescheme my desktop to look like it. Oh well.

Mitsuwa Marketplace

This is my favorite isle in Mitsuwa. It's where all the chocolate and candy are. What's so special about this store? It's a Japanese Marketplace. Just like back in Japan. They even had the roasted chestnut stand outside the store :-)

Wish I Wasn't Here

I've been back for a couple of days now. I wish I were back there with her. I miss her a lot. It won't be until middle of next month that we maybe get to are each other again. As always, I'm counting the days.

Almost There

At Houston Intl Airport. Got in a little early. They totally changed the gate on me! Hate when they do that! Atleast it was right next door. Now I get to wait for 2 hours for my connecting flight. C33 Continental flight 250L at 7:10pm. Raleigh here I come :-D

True Blood

Do you have HBO? Do you watch True Blood? Well if you like that show, then you'll probably love the books where this show comes from. I got these books for Jasmine of christmas. She's on a big Vampire kick since we finished reading the Twilight series months ago, and now True Blood has got her attention. And no, we haven't seen the Twilight movie yet, yikes.

Still Miss Her

I know I haven't updated this much, just had a lot going on. Things are still good between us. The distance sometimes can be hard, well most of the time it's really hard. But we try as much as we can to make this work. I just hope this time is the last time.

1 More Week

I only have 1 more week until I get to see her again. It's only been a month since we've been together. And it's almost been a year nice this we took this picture.

Santa Monica

Last Valentine's Day we drove up to Santa Monica Pier. It was a great day. I know it's still a long ways down the road, but I can't wait to celebrate Valentine's with her again :-)

Early Christmas Gift

So I also picked this up for the lady; Guitar Hero World Tour for the Wii. She's already got Rock Band but it blows because there's no downloadable content and she likes the songs on Guitar Hero anyways! Can't wait to play with this with her :-)

Late Night Chats

We take comfort in the fact that we still talk for hours on end, even on the webcam. I wish we didn't have to, but for now, we make it work with what we have :)

Saying Bye at the Airport

It always hurts when we have to say bye to each other. At least it's not "Good Bye" and just "Bye For Now". Love can't possibly keep is apart for too long. I can't wait to see her at the end of the month.

There's only 13 days until we see each other again. In that spirit, I'm going to post the 13 slips Jasmine wrote for me before she left. She hid them around my room so when I found them I would think about her. Needless to say, it doesn't take a slip of paper for me to think of her. I'm always thinking of her, and missing her.

Time to be responsible again and bring my car in for an oil change 200 miles past the due mileage. Geez, I really need to grow up.

So I went and got a pre-paid phone for Jasmine. We figure it would make it easier for her to call me whenever she needed to without having to worry about going over her families shared minutes! It's her direct line to me, hence the term of her own personal "Bat Phone" :)

Halloween Fun

I really can't wait for the end of the month. Jasmine finally figured out what she's gonna be. Since I already have my pirate costume from last year, she's gonna be a pirate too. We're going for the cutest couple at the party ;)

What The?!

So I just realized all the posts I've sent from my mobile phone have been rejected. I was wondering when the posts would show up, because sometimes there's a slight delay. It looks as though Blogger no longer supports receiving picture messages from T-Mobile phones? What the heck? I've sent at least 1 every couple of days since my last post. So I've pretty much wasted a bunch of picture messages and now I can no longer update from my cell. What the heck?! How lame is that?!

So now I can only upload pictures and posts using the email feature. Which, if you think about it, isn't too bad. Instead of using picture messages (which take up some of my 400 texts a month) I can use the unlimited internet/email plan on my phone. Score? I think so. Time to catch up on some posts!

She sent me this picture this morning as she was leaving for work. "I Miss You" was the title. I can't wait to be with her again :-)

22 Days

We've been talking a lot these past couple of weeks. Things have been going good between us so far. It's nice to know she still cares and still thinks about me all the time. We tell each other how much we miss one another. She told me that she still loved me, and wished that she could be with me. So, I bought a plane ticket. I'll be spending a week with her at the end of the month. Maybe this time I'll be more careful with my feelings, but for now, all I know is that I miss her like crazy. And right now, we need to be together.

Got a trim. The chick was a little rusty on her "fade" technique. As you can see. It looks a little uneven *hmph*
